Data quality is critical to success—it's a well-known fact. However, the latest study by Natuvion and NTT DATA Business Solutions confirms just how crucial it is during a transformation. Nearly 50% of the surveyed companies attributed decisive importance to data quality in their transformation processes. But why and how do IT departments still struggle with data quality?
