SENEC successfully moves subledger accounting to SAP system

Although SENEC has been a 100 percent subsidiary of EnBW, one of Germany’s largest energy suppliers, since 2018, its subledger stayed on its company’s own powercloud platform. To streamline accounting processes and leverage synergies, the decision was made to start a data migration project.

From powercloud to SAP in just one step

Starting 2023, subledger accounting of SENEC was scheduled to be run by EnBW systems. This transition required extraction of data from the existing powercloud environment and managing the data load into the SAP system of EnBW.
